- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆TERRIBLE. This was the worst service I have ever gotten from a company. Jamie is extremely rude. As an insurance agency, isn't it their job to deal with the insurance policies and issues? Not to leave a customer in the dark and throw their hands up at you? If you are expecting friendly service, SHE IS DEFINITELY NOT IT! You should be ashamed as a business to have someone like this working for you. We had FOUR policies with you, and now we are switching them ALL due to her unbelievable rude attitude.
